Overall objective: To strengthen the capacities of local governments to provide basic environmental services and to promote good governance and local democracy, all by taking into consideration the principles of sustainable development
Purpose: The Project aims through co-operative relationships between Finnish and Southern local governments to build the capacity of the local governments and sustainable social, economic environmental development and promote participatory democracy, to provide basic services as well as to advance good governance and administrative practice
